Lights lit the path to the house. Many of us noticed the path disappeared over the rise, and opted for the bus. Half of us went straight to the Five Arrows Hotel, owned by Waddesdon, where we had a festive lunch; others made straight for the house and gardens. Two long rows of brightly lit Christmas stalls selling food, drinks and gifts, bordered both sides of the Manor and set the scene immediately. We were all given maps showing where to go and what to see.At 3.30 we had our slot to view inside the house. It was amazing as you will see by the following photos
Some of us at the lunch in Five Arrows.
Our members did not take long to dive into throng at the Stalls.
There are thousands of bottles from Rothschilds' Estates wine stored in three cellars here. This shows a good night out!
